We offer guided and self-guided outdoor experiences: ATV trail rides and free rides, motocross rides, buggy rides, paintball sessions and optional add-ons such as a BBQ setup. Current prices for all activities are published on the Prices page and are stated in euros (EUR); they include the equipment listed for each activity.

We may change prices at any time; changes do not affect bookings that have already been confirmed and paid.

• A booking is made through the online booking form by selecting an activity, date, time and number of participants and providing your contact details.
• Where email confirmation is required, you must confirm your booking through the link we email you within 30 minutes; otherwise the reserved slot is released.
• Your booking is confirmed when you receive the confirmation email with your booking reference.
• You must provide accurate contact information; we use it to send you the confirmation and to reach you if anything about your booking changes.

• Online payments are processed securely by Raiffeisen Bank Kosovo through its RaiAccept payment service. To complete a payment you are redirected to the bank's secure payment page; we never see or store your card details.
• For certain bookings we may offer payment on arrival at the venue; this is shown during the booking process.
• The BBQ add-on requires a prepayment of €100, which covers drinks, food and hookah.

• You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time; we will refund the full amount paid to the original payment method.
• For cancellations less than 48 hours before the start time, or if you do not show up, the amount paid is not refundable. If you contact us in good time we will try to reschedule your booking instead — rescheduling is free when requested at least 24 hours in advance and is subject to availability.
• If we have to cancel an activity — for example because of dangerous weather, safety concerns or technical problems — you may choose between a new date and a full refund.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 14 days.
• To cancel or reschedule, contact us by phone or WhatsApp at +383 49 329 503 and give your booking reference.

• Participants must follow the staff's instructions and the safety briefing at all times.
• The protective equipment we provide (helmets, paintball masks and other gear) is mandatory during the activity.
• Minimum age requirements apply to the activities; minors may participate only with the consent and under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
• Driving vehicles under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
• You must inform us of any health condition that could make participation unsafe (e.g. pregnancy, heart conditions, recent injuries).
• We may refuse or stop the participation, without refund, of anyone who violates the safety rules or endangers others.

Motorized off-road activities and paintball are physically demanding and carry inherent risks even when all safety rules are followed. By taking part, you acknowledge that you participate voluntarily and at your own risk.

• You are liable for damage caused to vehicles or equipment through use contrary to the instructions.
• We are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings brought to the venue.
• To the extent permitted by the law of the Republic of Kosovo, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Promotional, combo and referral codes are valid within their stated conditions and expiry dates, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged; unless stated otherwise, only one code may be used per booking. We may withdraw or cancel codes in case of misuse.

All content on this website — texts, images, logos and design — belongs to Aksion Zone or its licensors and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without permission. You may not misuse the website, interfere with the booking system or use it to make fraudulent bookings.

How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, published on this website.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your booking applies to that booking. The current version is always available on this page.

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Kosovo. In case of a dispute we will first try to find an amicable solution — please contact us. If no agreement is reached, the courts of the Republic of Kosovo have jurisdiction.
